Success Stories

Abby is a graduate and started her career with us as a Resourcer in 2011. She developed her candidate selection skills and placed over 100 people at one of our largest clients. She also, took on the role of office administrator dealing with sales & purchase invoicing, commission, and ad hoc projects. Her role now is Talent Acquisition Team Leader, leading a small team and working with one of our clients, providing them with an internal recruitment solution. We are so proud of how Abby has progressed through our company, always building on her skills and keen to take on new challenges.

Alex worked with us as a temporary Resourcer after several years in advertising sales, before he packed his rucksack and travelled around Australia and SE Asia. Returning to the UK in 2012, he joined us permanently as a Consultant, slightly unsure if recruitment was the career he wanted to pursue. Five years later, he has built up his client base specialising within the Insurance sector and now happily manages a small collaborative team of Consultants seeking talented individuals to work for major UK companies.

Nicola joined us five years ago with one years’ recruitment agency experience, working within our Talent Acquisition team. She has learnt and developed management skills and now runs two of our teams. She is very highly regarded by our clients, and continues to direct her teams to be the best they can, continually improving their results, working hard and looking at ways to improve how things are done.

Jasmine learnt her resourcing skills when she joined us three years ago, working on a large number of roles, and achieved great results. She was eager to develop and move to a more traditional recruitment area, which is where she is now and is a Senior Resourcer, supporting two Directors within the Accounting & Financial arena. She has also taken on the role of ‘expert’ of our recruitment database.
