Leading Institutions are currently seeking to recruit experienced Senior Restructuring Professionals who have had exposure to distressed debt & Capital cash management situations. If you have had experience in the following areas, we would be keen to hear from you.
" Bank work out assignments
" Distressed corporate advisory assignments
" Government advisory assignments
" Business Reviews
" Cash Forecasting & Management
" Project planning & leadership
Experience/Qualifications
" ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified or in the process of pursing these qualifications with strong academic qualifications.
" Demonstrated Restructuring experience, with a strong focus on restructuring/advisory work, either on behalf of creditors or distressed corporate.
" Adapt well to change and have a flexible and positive approach, leading by example
" Be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
" Develop internal and external networks through personal contacts and is proactive in looking for marketing opportunities
" Ensure work is produced to tight deadlines, often under pressure, without impact on quality of deliverable or clarity of presentation.
" High level of commercial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate failure and awareness of the potential solutions available.
