You will have had exposure to distressed debt & capital cash management situations having worked for one of the "Big 4" within a restructuring environment in the following areas:
* Bank work out assignments
* Distressed corporate advisory assignments
* Government advisory assignments
* Business Reviews
* Cash Forecasting & Management
* Project planning & Leadership
Experience/Qualifications
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified or in the process of pursing these qualifications with strong academic qualifications.
* Demonstrated Restructuring experience, with a strong focus on restructuring/advisory work, either on behalf of creditors or distressed corporate.
* Adapt well to change and have a flexible and positive approach, leading by example
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels.
* Develop internal and external networks through personal contacts and is proactive in looking for marketing opportunities
* Ensure work is produced to tight deadlines, often under pressure, without impact on quality of deliverable or clarity of presentation.
* High level of commercial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate failure and awareness of the potential solutions available.
