Leading global accountancy firm is currently seeking an experienced working capital consultant to work on within its working capital consulting team, focusing on the order-to-cash process. The team works across the full corporate cycle, from assisting clients to achieve "best" performance, to involvement in crisis management.
The ideal individual will be an experienced consultant or have undertaken a significant number of internal consultancy or project management roles within a "blue chip" organisation. They will have excellent client facing skills, being used to interacting with senior management, and will be culturally intelligent. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a significant ability to analyse situations, making the most of available information, provide a coherent summary of the current position and logical and imaginative recommendations for improvements.
" It is likely that the successful applicant will have a First Class degree. Candidates from an industry background will have strong credit management and /or payables credentials.
" Report Writing - An ability to write reports in clear, concise English is essential. This will often mean directing a number of ideas to produce a coherent document.
" Process re-engineering - It is important that the candidate has experience of generic process mapping and redesign.
" Project management - The candidate should be a highly experienced project manager.
" Change management - The applicant should have experience of implementing change. And provide significant experience of the projects
" Presentations and workshops - This role will require client presentations and the ability to run workshops.
