Four consultants are shortlisted in the category, which celebrates an exceptional individual who has demonstrated outstanding performance, professionalism and impact within the staffing industry, and Cam d'Espagnac is one of them.
Cam built our Legal recruitment practice from the ground up, covering London and the South East. She has grown a team, won clients who keep coming back, and done it with the kind of straight talking that means people trust her almost immediately.

When are the 2026 TIARA Award winners announced?
Winners are announced on 15 October 2026 at a black-tie gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster, London. Finalist entries now go forward to a second stage of judging before the winners are decided.

About the TIARA Staffing & Talent Solutions Awards
The TIARAs are run by TALiNT Partners and recognise achievement across the staffing, RPO, MSP and talent solutions sector. Entries are assessed by a judging panel of industry leaders, advisers and senior executives, with finalists going through a second round of judging before winners are chosen.
