Anthony is a Senior Consultant within our Insurance Division specialising in Technology and Change recruitment in the London Market Insurance world. He joined us with 9 years’ experience having run his own business and working with one the biggest names in insurance recruitment. He is now managing a thriving desk and is thoroughly enjoying GW’s grown up, collegiate approach. He is able to maintain a healthy work/life balance, working flexibly between our offices and has become a successful and integral member of the GW family.

Alex worked with us as a temporary Resourcer after several years in advertising sales, before he packed his rucksack and travelled around Australia and SE Asia. Returning to the UK in 2012, he joined us permanently as a Consultant, slightly unsure if recruitment was the career he wanted to pursue. Six years later, he has built up his client base specialising within the Insurance sector and now happily manages a small collaborative team of Consultants seeking talented individuals to work for major UK companies.

Nicola joined us six years ago with one years’ recruitment agency experience, working within our Talent Acquisition team. She has learnt and developed management skills and now runs two of our teams. She is very highly regarded by our clients, and continues to direct her teams to be the best they can, continually improving their results, working hard and looking at ways to improve how things are done.

Jasmine learnt her resourcing skills when she joined us over four years ago, working on a large number of roles, and achieved great results. She was eager to develop and move to a more traditional recruitment area, where she was promoted to a Senior Resourcer, supporting two Directors within the Accounting & Financial arena. After a couple of years in this role she has now been made our Operations & Marketing Coordinator, playing a central role in the company’s growth and development.
