The role:
You will be responsible for the general admin within the Service and Supply department, ensuring the department runs smoothly.
Some of your duties will be:
- Responding to incoming calls and all other forms of communication
- Ensure your emails are monitored, prioritised, and cleared daily
- Develop relationships with colleagues within the team and other departments
- Move boxes of files and keep records up to date (this requires some relatively heavy lifting and ability to walk up 3 flights of stairs to the office)
- Producing reports and communicate findings with relevant departments
You will ideally have:
- Excellent communication
- Strong ability to work effectively as a team and individually
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
