Gerrard White are currently working with one of the biggest and most diverse workforce solutions providers in the UK who are looking for an Agile delivery manager to join the team.
With presence in over 120 countries across the globe including EMEA, The Americas and Asia-Pacific, they are an incredibly exciting company to work for.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services.
- Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them.
- Maximise performance by focusing on priorities, seeking improvements and working across teams to deliver bottom line results.
- Engage with staff members and contractors to ensure that requirements and deadlines are met.
- Communicate and create engagement between stakeholders from technical, financial, legal and operational teams.
- Monitor and manage the risks and opportunities including contingency plans.
- Agree technical and quality strategy with management and team members.
- Continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency.
- Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within Agile Delivery.
- Ability to confidently communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Understanding of the product life cycle.
- Experience in organising and managing multiple skill sets to deliver against the product roadmap.
- Integrity, commitment, motivation.
- Nice to have: Experience in SAAS platform, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (STEM), experience with Azure DevOps.
They have lovely offices in the heart of London and are very flexible in terms of working. They would love for you to be in a few times a month, but if this is not achieveable, they can be flexible.
