One of the leading 4* Hotels in the South East is recruiting a Chef De Partie in Tunbridge Wells.

Role Purpose

To assist the Head Chef in managing the preparation and production of high-quality food service to the Restaurant as well as banqueting service function customers. To provide creative flair and innovation to menu design and food presentation.

What we are looking for;

• Significant levels of experience in a busy kitchen environment/ 4* hotel is required.
• Creative flair and high standards of "a la carte" style food presentation.
• Food stock control
