A leading Legal 500 with award winning Commercial Property department are expanding their Commercial Property team. As such, they require a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in East Sussex.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage their own case load, along with assisting Partners on more complex/higher value transactions. Working alongside Partners with specialisms in Agricultural, Planning and Development; the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will benefit from outstanding training and development, allowing them to reach their full potential.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will offer the following background/skill set/qualification:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 years PQE
- Be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge aligned with your level of experience
- Be commercially aware
- Ideally to have practiced law in a well respected Regional or City law firm (not essential)
- Be a keen team player
- Willing to learn
