Are you a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive? Do you want to be a master of your own destiny?I'm keen to speak to Solicitors and Legal Executives who wish to be Consultants on a fee-share basis.
⚖️ Autonomy over your own case load
⚖️ Excellent back office support to include CMS, accounts teams, ad hoc secretarial support and clear, seamless processes
What will you get?
⚖️ 75% of your own billings (60% of referred work that you complete, and 15% of any work you introduce to the firm and is completed by colleagues)
⚖️ A fixed salary whilst you settle in (if necessary)
⚖️ Full autonomy over where and when you work (most of the Lawyers work remotely)
⚖️ London-office space (if necessary)

To be considered, you must be a confident, fully-qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and have your own client base which you can handle without supervision (ideally we look for a minimum following of £100,000). You must be a keen team player (there will be a fair amount of cross-selling between the specialisms/colleagues) and have a strong client focus. These are positions which suit high-performing Lawyers who enjoy law but also are seeking a healthy work-life balance and a generous remuneration.
