The successful candidate will be working on tasks including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Fundraising and investment
- Restructuring and reorganisations
- Shareholders agreements
- MBO's
- Commercial lending and security
- Contract terms and conditions
- Strategic planning for clients
The successful candidate will:
- Be a friendly and positive person
- Be managing your own caseload
- Assist the team with a variety of transactions
- Drive forward the growth of the Corporate and Commercial department
- Work with other areas of the business to identify opportunities to work together with clients
