Litigation Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in its Seaford office, with flexible homeworking available.This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor looking to handle a varied caseload of both personal and business disputes within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful Litigation Solicitor will enjoy high levels of client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to further develop their practice within a thriving team.
The Role The Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Property disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Contractual disputes
- General civil litigation matters
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
- Managing matters from instruction through to resolution
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with approximately 3-5 years' PQE and experience handling a varied litigation caseload.
The ideal Litigation Solicitor will possess:
- Strong technical litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice
- Strong client care and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing files independently
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive approach to business development and networking
