We are very excited that our PA to Head of Legal is going off on maternity leave and are keen to find an experienced PA or Team Administrator who is happy to keep things running smoothly in her absence. This will be a 9-12 months maternity cover on a fixed term contract basis with the possibility that it is extended.

Role: PA to Head of Legal/ Group Counsel
Location: Hybrid working between Bessels Green head office and home
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (some out of hours support may be required)
Salary: £32,000-£37,000 depending on experience

Must be available to start latest 1st of June

Duties will include:

• Full diary management: due to the nature of his role, our Head of Legal's diary can often change last minute so we need somebody who is adaptable and not overwhelmed with last minute changes
• Meeting coordination: This comes with the above but ensuring everything is set for meetings, all attendees have their invites and all relevant documentation is sent around afterwards is imperative
• Mailbox management: Allocating emails in the Legal inbox to the relevant team member and ensuring the Head of Legal's mailbox is managed efficiently and all important emails have been responded to by him or by you
• Reporting: Coordinating weekly and monthly reports on Excel

The ideal candidate

• Experienced PA or Strong Team Administrator
• Exposure to Law/Legal secretarial roles is desirable but not essential
• Expert communication skills- both written and verbal. You will be liaising with the CEO and CFO on a regular basis
• Expertly orgainsed- this comes with the PA territory but is too essential not to mention
• Great Excel skills- being able to manipulate date and add formulas to spreadsheets would be brilliant- our Head of Legal in an Excel fan so this will definitely help you speak the same language
• Flexible and adaptable
• Available to start Mid May for full 1 month handover
• Able to be flexible on end date depending on how long our current PA decides to take off with her baby
