Researcher (Executive Search)

The Role
Gerrard White is known for our innovative hiring services and for the people behind them. As part of our executive search recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring a pioneering spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our client's hiring process and connecting them to their senior opportunities.

You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This is an immersive position that will see you becoming involved in all areas of the search process and business lines for senior strategic roles across the Insurance Industry. You will be collaborating very closely with the Executive Search director in exceeding our clients' expectations.

Experience sought

• Experience within a research capacity in executive search, management consulting, or in-house executive recruiting.
• Experience with creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights, as well as managing process and data quality.
• Experience with managing search strategy, creating job descriptions, job advertisements and marketing material.
• Experience of engaging with talent and offering a 1st class experience

The Candidate

The ideal person will be a motivated and confident self-starter and ideally will come from an executive search background or from a contingent background who understands search and has successfully worked on senior/director/C-suite level positions. The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be self-confident and take pride in delivering the highest quality of work.
