  • Advising on SDLT including higher rates, reliefs and exemptions;
  • Developing relationships with surveyors, agents and other property professionals.
The successful Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer will offer the following background/skill set

  • A client-focused experienced Residential Property Lawyer who is willing to be involved in a busy department with a varied caseload;
  • Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with at least 2 years PQE (non-qualified staff with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply);
  • Client focused
  • Must be able to work independently without reliance on case management;
  • Keen team player with commercial awareness
Whilst full-time is preferred, part-time will also be considered. The firm operate a hybrid working model after successful completion of a probationary period, along with an extensive benefits package and regular pay reviews. They are heavily involved in the local community and there are opportunities to be involved in local charity events, together with firm-wide social events which are held during the year.
