One of the leading 4* Hotels in the South East is recruiting a Sous Chef in Tunbridge Wells.
Role Purpose
To assist the Head Chef in managing the preparation and production of a high quality food service to the restaurant as well as banqueting service for function customers.
What we are looking for;
- Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen environment/ 4* hotel is required.
- Creative flair and high standards of "a la carte" style food presentation.
- Food stock control
