Description:

A leading global insurance business has a fantastic opporunity for a Senior Voice Analyst to join a growing team and deliver telephony services across EMEA involving both project and BAU operational support.

Essential Skills / Experience

Cisco Telephony:

  • Extensive experience designing, installing, troubleshooting and providing BAU support for HA CUCM v12
  • Experience of UCCX/Finesse v11
  • Experience of IVR/Call flow design, implementation and troubleshooting
  • Experience of Unity voicemail: design, install, troubleshooting and BAU support
  • Experience of Calabrio voice recording: design, install, troubleshooting and BAU support
  • Experience of Tiger call reporting: design, install, troubleshooting, report building using SQL and BAU support
  • Experience of Cisco voice gateways/Cubes & SRST: design, install, troubleshooting and BAU support
  • Experience of install, troubleshooting and BAU support of endpoint technology: desk phones, conference phones, Jabber & IP Communicator
  • Experience of install, troubleshooting and BAU support of Cisco on-premises UCS servers
  • Experience of install, troubleshooting and BAU support of inter-region SME
  • Experience of install, troubleshooting and BAU support of Cisco Attendant Console (CUAC)
  • Experience of install, troubleshooting and BAU support of Expressways Mobile Remote Access (MRA)
  • Migration experience: moving global enterprise branches from non-Cisco telephony to CUCM
  • Experience troubleshooting analogue connected devices such as fax, franking machine, and others to local Cisco gateways and ATAs
  • Experience troubleshooting SIP, H323 & ISDN
  • Experience working closely with a network team responsible for enterprise LANs & WANs
