A highly respected law firm are currently recruiting a Debt Recovery Customer Service Executive to join their modern, busy and friendly offices in Maidstone. The firm act for a range of large national and blue chip companies as well as lenders and debt purchase companies.
The successful Customer Service Executive will join a large team who are recognised as leaders in their field. You will be responsible for delivery outstanding client service and adding value to the team. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Managing a range of debt recovery cases
*Researching cases to decide the best course of action (and referring to other departments where necessary)
*Producing outgoing letters/documents
*Speaking to customers to recover debt via telephone collection
*Negotiate payment terms where appropriate
The successful Customer Service Executive will join a highly experienced and supportive team whilst working alongside other departments within the firm.

The successful Customer Service Executive will offer the following skills:
*Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C including English and Maths)
*Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - at all levels
*Be highly organised
*Have the ability to deal with some pressure
*Be inquisitive with excellent research skills
*High attention to detail
*Be able to follow direction (particularly in view of compliance)
*Strong negotiation skills
*An enthusiastic \"can do\" approach
Hours will be worked on a shift basis of Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm on alternate weeks.
