Our client is a global implementation partner seeking an experienced HR Change Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR change initiatives to drive transformational change across client organisations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive positive change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR change initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive positive change.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans to ensure successful implementation of HR change initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR change initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to ensure successful adoption of HR changes.
  • Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR change initiatives are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
  • Experience of implementation SuccessFactors or similar HR Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR change management, preferably in a global organisation.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing HR change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.
