Leading UK Insurance provider looking for a Reward Advisor to join their HR function.

The role will focus on working collaboratively across the business to deliver excellence as standard and maintain an environment that continually supports and engages all colleagues through the Benefits and Well-being offering.

What you'll be doing?

You will be supporting the Reward delivery of the comprehensive Reward agenda across the company. The role will predominantly focus on Benefits and Wellbeing with the opportunity to support the wider compensation arena through various projects.

  • Support the Reward team in the delivery of the Benefits and Well-being agenda
  • Coordination of engaging Benefit and well-being campaigns and events
  • Day-to-day coordination of Benefit and Well-being providers and on-site activity
  • Working proactively with Benefit and well-being providers to ensure best service for our colleagues and establish efficiencies in the process
  • Provision of insightful data relating to Benefit and well-being initiatives and services and how they are performing
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing to design and deliver an annual 12-month communication plan identifying key awareness dates
  • Support the implementation of new benefits and onboarding of new providers including contracts and invoicing
  • Support the continued engagement and evolution of the benefits platform
  • Create and maintain content on the benefits platform and intranet reinforcing a self-service environment for colleagues
  • Support divisional activity - presenting at team meetings, stand-ups, huddles, and inductions working with the wider HR team
  • Support the roll out of new Benefit, Wellbeing and Mental Health initiatives
  • Coordination of Mental Health First Aider cohorts including awareness and refresher training, meetings, agenda, outputs, and actions
  • Act as first line of contact for escalation of Benefit and Wellbeing queries from the HR Service Centre
  • Continually investigate new Benefit and Wellbeing initiatives in the market to support our evolving strategy and colleague feedback
  • Support of relevant ad-hoc Reward/HR projects including cyclical compensation processes such as bonus and salary reviews
  • Ensure Reward policies, systems and procedures are implemented, documented, and adhered to
  • Insightful analysis of data to establish trends and make recommendations

What you'll need to be successful in the role?

  • Must have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and general Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in Reward, Wellbeing or HR
  • Passion for colleague Wellbeing
  • Mental Health First Aid trained or desire to become a MHFA
