Agile Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will operate within a delivery team, delivering analysis focused on customer and commercial outcomes with a good understanding of the under-pinning technology, as well as maintaining standards which is part of the BA community and building experience in tools, techniques and business models

Responsibilities

• Delivering clear unambiguous analysis to support the change agenda typically within a delivery team
• Support/lead the inception process by identifying the value proposition, key potential outcomes and costs
• Ability to bring the delivery team and the source of the business needs closer together
• Contribute to our agile processes to ensure a high standard of delivery​
• Team member, working closely with the team to deliver value to the customer.
• Work across business areas to build relationships and open lines of communication
• Actively share your knowledge with others​
• Facilitate learning through running stand-ups, showcases, inceptions and retrospectives.

Skills, experience & attributes

• A proven track record in delivery and implementation
• Clear problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to generate ideas and follow them through to a conclusion
• Experienced in BA tools and techniques (such as writing user stories, requirement)
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced digital environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and approaches
