CLAIMS AUDIT & TRAINING ASSISTANT - PERMANENT - CHELMSFORD

Job Description
You will be assisting the audit manager in the completion of internal and external audits in line with the prescribed audit schedule.
Your duties as a Claims Audit & Training Assistant will include:

  • Carry out ad-hoc audits as directed
  • Monitor exception reports to identify cases outside of prescribed parameters
  • Assist in the identification and development needs of the department
  • Compile adhoc reports for the management team
  • Analyse weekly and monthly data
  • Provide support and technical input as and when required
  • To continuously drive improvement in the service delivery to clients
  • To ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard in the claims department



The Successful Claims Audit & Training Assistant

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Wide range of experience that touches on all areas of the claims department
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Detailed knowledge of all claims processes
  • Capable of liaising with internal and external stake holders in a clear concise and professional manner
  • The ability to work without guidance using their own initiative and without direct instruction
  • Excellent time management and workflow management skills
  • Capable of managing multiple work streams and working within time scales and directed by the Court or line manager



Required Experience:
12 months or more
