Job Description
You will be assisting the audit manager in the completion of internal and external audits in line with the prescribed audit schedule.
Your duties as a Claims Audit & Training Assistant will include:
- Carry out ad-hoc audits as directed
- Monitor exception reports to identify cases outside of prescribed parameters
- Assist in the identification and development needs of the department
- Compile adhoc reports for the management team
- Analyse weekly and monthly data
- Provide support and technical input as and when required
- To continuously drive improvement in the service delivery to clients
- To ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard in the claims department
The Successful Claims Audit & Training Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Wide range of experience that touches on all areas of the claims department
- Good organizational skills
- Good Microsoft skills
- Detailed knowledge of all claims processes
- Capable of liaising with internal and external stake holders in a clear concise and professional manner
- The ability to work without guidance using their own initiative and without direct instruction
- Excellent time management and workflow management skills
- Capable of managing multiple work streams and working within time scales and directed by the Court or line manager
