Third-Party Claims Handler
We have an exciting opportunity to join a UK-leading insurance provider based in Tunbridge Wells as a Third Party Claims Handler within their Third-Party Claims department.
As a Third Party Claims Handler, you will be responsible for dealing with Third Party claimants that have had damage caused to their property (Car or items in the vehicle) and gathering evidence of damage and the cost of repairs.
Some of your duties will be:
- Responding to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Controlling the cost of the claim by looking at the most economical settlement and negotiating with Third parties
- Managing a portfolio of cases assigned to you
- Communicating with other members within the team to ensure the best outcome for your customer.
