BROKER AUDIT ADMINISTRATOR - INSURANCE

Our client, a Times Top 30 major UK insurer, is looking for an administrator to join a busy team responsible for the daily administration and support of broker audits and enquiries. As Broker Audit Administrator you'll support colleagues in Broker Management, Underwriting and external brokers as required, delivering an effective service with a high level of accuracy.

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 based on experience + benefits

Location: hybrid working, typically in the office (in Haywards Heath, West Sussex) twice a week.

Role Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Efficient daily management of the Audits inbox including reviewing and organising emails from various brokers for the Broker Auditors
  • Organising, chasing and filing away received documents and information
  • Updating the Broker Audit Schedule as to the status of the audit, setting relevant diaries and notifying the Broker Auditors
  • Updating a variety of internal and external systems where applicable such as Salesforce
  • Preparing the broker audits for the quarter, including running reports to propose the relevant products to audit per broker and issuing notification emails
  • Responding to enquires, chasing information and updates from the brokers on behalf of the Broker Auditors via email and telephone
  • General maintenance of training material, processes and guides

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
  • Ability to plan and prioritise volumes of work
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to provide a high level of productivity with accuracy

  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAS VA and audit software and report exporting
