Legal Secretary
A great opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join a highly regarded law firm, based in Brighton. This is a long-standing and well-established firm with an exceptional reputation in the Kent and Sussex region.

They are currently seeking a full-time legal secretary to join their dispute resolution/litigation department. Previous experience in a legal support role is essential, but this experience does not have to lie within a litigation team.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Liaising with Clients
- Provide full generic administrative support (including digital dictation).
- Opening and maintaining files
- Making appointments and arranging meetings
- Diary management
- Putting together trial bundles
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork (preparing for dispatch when necessary).
- Other general duties and responsibilities as required.
Experience/skills:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary/assistant required (any area of law).
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
- Strong client/customer service skills.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
This role will be fully-office based, and the firm are in central Brighton. They are very close to the train station (10-15 minute walk) and are even closer to bus stops.
