This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury property maintenance organisation, based in Tunbridge Wells, providing maintenance solutions for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients nationwide.
As a Maintenance Operative, you will join a team of skilled tradespeople responsible for repairs to residential property, domestic refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and both planned and reactive maintenance.
This role would suit those who have particular experience and background in Plumbing.
Duties
- Basic Handyman Tasks, reactive and planned maintenance
- Logistical furniture moves (with assistance)
- Collecting and delivering materials to site
- Assisting with site clearance
Desirable Skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- A clean driving licence (role cannot be performed without one)
- Willing to travel and work away from home as required
