Maintenance Operative – Electrician Focus📍 Tunbridge Wells
💰 £40,000 + vehicle & car allowance
🛠️ Full-time | Permanent
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative with strong electrician experience to support maintenance and electrical projects across residential and commercial properties. You’ll handle electrical tasks, assist with general maintenance, and help ensure high standards and safety.
What you'll do:
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs
- Support general property maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with NAPIT regulations
- Work with the team to solve technical issues
- Maintain records and reports
- Travel occasionally to different sites
- NAPIT accreditation and electrical qualifications
- Experience in electrical maintenance
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Company vehicle + allowance
