Maintenance Operative-Plumbing focused

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury property maintenance organisation providing maintenance solutions for a portfolio of residential and commercial clients nationwide.

As a maintenance operative, you will join a team of skilled tradespeople responsible for repairs to residential property, domestic refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and both planned and reactive maintenance.

This role would suit those who have particular experience and background in Plumbing.

Duties

  • Basic Handyman Tasks, reactive and planned maintenance
  • Logistical furniture moves (with assistance)
  • Collecting and delivering materials to site
  • Assisting with site clearance

Desirable Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills
  • A clean driving licence (role cannot be performed without one)
  • Willing to travel and work away from home as required
