Office Administrator
A reputable and well-established law firm are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join the team. You will be based in their diverse, central London office, near Holborn.
This role will initially be on a 6-month fixed-term contract, but has the potential to go permanent thereafter.
The working hours for this role will be 10:00am - 6:00pm.
Whilst experience in a legal environment is preferred, it is not essential. This firm are seeking someone presentable (as there will be customer-facing elements of the role), and with previous office/administrative experience. They are happy to train on any unfamiliar duties.
The role:
- Archiving
- Checking, recording & closing client files (ready to be sent to storage).
- Running errands (within and outside the office) - this will involve some light lifting and carrying
- Cover absences in the Post Room
- Cover the main reception desk
- Willing to assist with straightforward IT problems
- Willing to assist with setting up equipment across the office

This role will be fully office-based (no hybrid working options), so you will be located close to Holborn.
This firm are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, so you will be able to start a new role immediately or within 1 week.
