Help us ensure pets get the care they need by assessing and validating pet insurance claims. You'll be making a real difference by reaching out to customers, providing clear and friendly updates, and settling claims quickly and accurately.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and settling pet insurance claims with precision and care.
- Making proactive outbound calls to customers, especially when claims require declines or deductions.
- Gathering important information from pet owners and vets to make the best decisions.
- Spotting any anomalies or potential fraud, and working with your team to ensure everything is above board.
- Keeping the process smooth and efficient, while delivering top-notch customer service.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in pet medical assessment or vet nursing.
- Someone who's worked in a claims role, ideally in the insurance industry.
- A multi-tasking master with keen attention to detail and stellar communication skills.
- A team player who can work independently, takes initiative, and is always eager to learn something new!
