Cornfield Law have retained Gerrard White in their search for a new Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join them in their Eastbourne office.

With a warm and friendly staff culture (where eating cake is actively encouraged!), the new Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive can be sure of an enjoyable and inclusive working environment.

Cornfield have a well established Will Bank, and client base (with many generations of families using the firm for their legal matters), ensuring that there is a good range of quality Private Client matters, made up of:

• Probate
• Wills
• Lasting and Enduring Power of Attorney
• Trust
• Deputyship/court of protection

To be considered, the Private Client Lawyer will offer the following skill set/background:

• Be working at a senior level within Private Client (ideally 3+ PQE)
• Ideally be qualified either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, however non-qualified and part-qualified will be considered
• Be a keen team player
• Have a high attention to detail
• Be client focussed

This role would suit an experienced Private Client Lawyer who is seeking a role which offers long-term prospects. There is flexibility over hours, with part-time applications (4 days per week minimum) being considered alongside full-time. It could suit either an ambitious individual, where career growth will be encouraged, or an experienced Fee Earner who is seeking a friendly environment, work-life balance and good quality work.
