Job description

• Acting for buyers and sellers in a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions.
  
  
• Managing the full conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and registration.
  
  
• Handling a mixed caseload including freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage, and buy-to-let matters.
  
  
• Ensuring full compliance with the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders’ Handbook.
  
  
• Advising clients on SDLT, including higher rates, reliefs, and exemptions.
  
  
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals.
  
  

• Ideally NQ–3 years’ PQE, though applications from candidates with equivalent experience are welcome.
  
  
• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX – although qualification is not essential depending on experience.
  
  
• Confident in managing a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  
  
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with a proactive and personable approach.
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and without reliance on a case management system.
