Sales Negotiator/Valuer

Job description

A leading independent Estate Agency with a focus on Country House sales, are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager to join them in their busy office in Sevenoaks.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager will join an established (and friendly) team environment. You will be responsible for duties such as (but not limited to):

  • Registering applicants - face to face and telephone
  • Matching applicants to properties and arranging viewings
  • Database management
  • Assisting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Collating feedback after viewings (and keeping Vendors up to date)
  • Sales progression - training will be provided if necessary
  • Valuing/listing of properties up to c£1million

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager will offer the following skillset/back ground:

  • At least 2+ years estate agency experience
  • Experience of conducting market appraisals/valuing/listing
  • Solid communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Keen team player
  • Smart and presentable appearance
  • Car driver with own vehicle

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager will be rewarded with a market led salary plus bonus structure (team-based).

It is expected that the successful Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager will work Saturdays on a rota basis, with a day in lieu. This will be a maximum of 1 in 3 Saturdays.
