Scheduling Supervisor

I am working with one of the leading businesses in Romford. They are looking for someone with equally fantastic customer service skills!

We are looking to hire a Scheduling Administrator Supervisor to book installations for our new team of in-house technicians based across the UK. The role is highly Customer Service focussed and will involve a high level of diary management. You will be working within the Sales Administration Team to provide first-class service to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the area Deployment centre and management of the Administrator team.
  • Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, Technicians and the Deployment Centre Administrators.
  • Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, technicians and field management.
  • Assist with controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the relevant area.
  • Ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Deployment Centre Supervisor or Area Service Manager.

Key Experience:

  • Diary management experience
  • Route or despatch planning experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have some experience in a customer service role. Office experience is not essential as training will be provided.
