Job description

Looking for experience Accidental Damage (AD) or First Notation of Loss claims handlers to join a thriving local company.

You must be:

• Confident dealing with all methods of written and verbal communication
• Have full technical and product knowledge along with financial understanding of claim reserving and settlement
• Manage claims involving theft damage, fire and be capable of negotiating total loss settlements.
• Ensure all indemnity requirements are adhered to.
• To continually adhere to client and business specific protocols, SLA and best practice
• Making payments where required / maintaining records
• Responding to correspondence received from customers, third parties, Insurers and Brokers
