Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 coupled with an excellent benefits package

Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid working)

Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm

Role Description:

This role will primarily be responsible for the day to day support of the client, the TA Business Partner will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be expected to resource roles where necessary but to support the client with various activities such as Assessment Centres, Interviews and to support with strategic conversations such as planning resources and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Generation where necessary
  • Management of internal and external applications through client website (with support from TA coordinators)
  • Advertise and promoting roles using available methods where necessary
  • Candidate feedback, rejection or offer
  • Keeping internal data sources up to date
  • Design and Facilitation of assessment centres
  • Interview Support for Client
  • Strategic level Conversations with Managers within the client
  • Support the Delivery Specialist/TA Consultant as required
  • Assist the TA Manager with any projects or market research requested by the client

Key Qualifications

  • Experience of candidate generation at a senior level
  • 2 Years in a client facing role
  • Experience conducting interviews and assessment centres on site with the client
  • Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can build rapport on multiple levels
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Capable of giving structured and supportive feedback to Candidates

Objectives

  • Achieving fill rate against set target
  • Achieve agreed ratios (Candidates:Interviews:Placements)
  • Achieve agreed SLA levels on Time to Interview/Time to Fill
  • Performance to be monitored with Candidate and Client feedback
  • Performance within assigned Business areas will be monitored
  • Minimise leakage of roles to external suppliers
