Talent Delivery Specialist
Salary Range Dependant on experience - Plus excellent commission structure
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Hybrid: 2 days in office per week, 3 days working from home

The Company

This exciting opportunity to work for an energetic, friendly and fast moving company within the RPO recruitment sector. We have been established for over 15 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to take on a recruitment delivery specialist. We provide high calibre talent, covering entry level, mid-level and senior level positions across various locations throughout the UK working on a range of roles from, Admin, Customer Service, Legal, Project Management, Marketing & Media, Human Resources, Sales, Insurance, Accountancy and Finance to name a few.

Role Description:

This role of Delivery Specialist is to advertise, source and manage candidates for our RPO clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing and generation using job boards, LinkedIn and social media
  • Advertise and promoting roles using available job boards
  • Conducting initial screening calls to identify candidates' suitability and match appropriately with live vacancies
  • Advertise and promote roles using social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Scheduling interviews, meeting candidates and thoroughly briefing, preparing and coaching
  • Debriefing candidates after interview and passing on candidate feedback to managers
  • Dealing with candidate rejections and job offers
  • Achieving agreed targets for candidate generation, interviews and placements/billings
  • Logging all correspondence on the company database ensuring all information is accurate and maintained


Key Qualifications

  • Ideally from a Recruitment/Sales/HR background
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service and good general admin skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Can build rapport on multiple levels
  • Computer Literate

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
