For those new to recruitment, you will embark on our highly successful GW Academy where over 4 months you will be taught and supported, alongside your new colleagues, on how to become an exceptional specialist recruiter.
As an experienced recruiter you would enjoy honing your skills to an even more advanced level through our training sessions to include managing 'retained solutions' or 'stepping into management'.
