Associate Solicitor - Commercial/Intellectual Property (5 PQE)
Are you a dynamic and ambitious solicitor with a passion for Commercial and Intellectual Property law? Our client, a prestigious West End firm renowned for their exceptional work across Media, Sport, Real Estate, Leisure, and Tech, is seeking an Associate Solicitor with approximately 5 years PQE to join their thriving Commercial/Intellectual Property practice.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of exciting and varied legal work, advising on a range of general commercial contracts and specialised technology contracts, including licensing, development agreements, distribution arrangements, franchising, and outsourcing. You will also delve into non-contentious intellectual property matters, where you will develop your technical knowledge and expertise to effectively structure, maintain, and enhance your clients' intellectual property rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts.
- Handle technology contracts, including licensing, development agreements, and more.
- Advise on distribution arrangements, franchising, and outsourcing agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance on non-contentious intellectual property matters.
- Stay at the cutting edge of legal developments in the Commercial and Intellectual Property sectors.
What We're Looking For:
- Approximately 5 years PQE with a strong background in Commercial and Intellectual Property law.
- Proven experience in advising on commercial and technology contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach with a keen interest in Media, Sport, Real Estate, Leisure, and Tech sectors.
