Commercial TMT Associates/Solicitors (1–3 PQE) | London & SouthamptonGerrard White Consulting have been instructed by a highly regarded UK law firm to support the continued growth of their Commercial team, with plans to hire at least two solicitors across their London and Southampton offices. In addition, we are also looking for an experienced Paralegal for this team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Commercial Associates (1–3 PQE) looking to work on high-quality matters within a growing and well-respected practice.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial and technology-driven work, including:
• Commercial contracts and strategic business agreements
• Technology and IT agreements (including SaaS and software licensing)
• Data protection and privacy advisory work (GDPR, data sharing, compliance)
• Outsourcing, supply and distribution agreements
• Technology procurement and digital transformation projects
You’ll be advising an impressive client base across the technology, digital and commercial sectors — from innovative scale-ups to established national and international businesses.
