A new start and development opportunity for any qualified litigator with insolvency expertise.
Join a highly-regarded legal 500 Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialising in providing bespoke solutions to clients in all forms of litigation, arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The team as a whole deal with a broad a variety of work, this role specifically focuses on insolvency related disputes.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved with:
- Both Claimants and Defendants across a broad range of commercial sectors
- Managing your own matters, from obtaining initial instructions through to achieving a resolution to the dispute.
- Working with / acting for acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors
- Advising clients on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes.
