Commercial Real Estate ParalegalAre you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a leading law firm with a specialist Real Estate team that is growing and seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their busy Telecoms practice, based full-time in their Milton Keynes office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in commercial property work—particularly landlord & tenant matters—to join a friendly, high-performing team that works closely with major clients in the telecoms sector.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload involving leasehold and freehold acquisitions, licences, deeds, and agreements
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property documents
- Reviewing titles and advising on any defects or restrictions
- Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Supporting post-completion matters including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
- Getting involved in client training, marketing events, and potential secondment opportunities
- Previous experience in Commercial Property law (essential)
- Confident drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A legal qualification (Law Degree, CILEX or similar) is desirable but not essential
- Salary up to £30,000 (with some flexibility for the right candidate)
- 24 days holiday + 3 days Christmas shutdown (rising with service)
