The role offers the opportunity to be involved with:

• Preparing and advising on leases, sub-leases, lease extensions, renewals, and other landlord-tenant documentation.
• Managing the acquisition and disposal of land and property, including agricultural and development land.
• Advising on refinancing, loan documentation, and sales and leasebacks of commercial property.
• Assisting our renewable energy team with large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
• Supporting the wider practice with property-related matters
