Commercial Real Estate Solicitor 3 to 6 PQE

Job description

Our client is looking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their renowned and highly ranked Commercial Real Estate team.

You will ideally have 3 - 5 years PQE gained from a leading City firm and you will have had experience in acting for institutions and larger corporate enterprises. You will need to show your competence in dealing with landlord and tenant , investment purchases with a multi-let focus/certificates of title/disposals along with having an eye for development .
