This is an opportunity for a junior construction solicitor/ associate to join a Top 50 City firm in their leading Construction & Projects team, the role will be working in a full-service team, with a particular focus on real estate developers, housebuilders, property investments, contractors, sub-contractors, and engineering companies for transactional advice on all non-contentious construction matters, as well as advising on contentious construction matters, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. You will be a part of a leading construction practice group that acts for both national and international clients, recognised in the legal industry for its expertise.

You will utilise your expertise to work collaboratively alongside team members to deliver high-value, large-scale client matters, assisting with drafting, negotiating, and advising on construction contracts, financial securities, and letters of intent. You will work closely with clients to develop relationships as a trusted advisor, responsible for providing timely advice while managing client expectations.
