Corporate Commercial Paralegal

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm firm, based near Brighton. This is a long-standing and well-established firm with an exceptional reputation.

This firm are highly ranked in the Legal 500 as well as Chambers & Partners and produce great quality, city work.

The successful paralegal will be joining the firm's Corporate and Commercial department, working alongside two other paralegals.

This role will be supporting an experienced team on a range of work, including:

• Private equity
• Bank finance
• Corporate re-structuring
• Joint ventures
• Shareholders' agreements
• Agency and distribution agreements
• IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements

Requirements/Experience:

• At least 6 months experience in a commercially-focused environment.
• Good academic background
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in this area of law
• Confident and enthusiastic

Job type: Full-time
Location: Near Brighton
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
