Our client is a successful, thriving Insurance Broker based in Watford, specializing in business and property insurance for UK SMEs.
We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our vibrant, friendly team in the New Business/Sales function.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join the team and help us develop new business. The role has the option to change into a field sales position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the designated locations to introduce products and services offered.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits and coverage options of the various insurance plans, tailored to their needs.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Successful Candidates are expected to have:
- Previous experience of working as a Customer Services/Tele-Sales Specialist ideally in the insurance/broker industry,
- Experience of generating new leads and working towards financial targets,
- Experience of establishing a client portfolio,
- Have excellent communication skills,
- Client relationship management experience,
- Be a strong team player,
- Pay high attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
