Contact Centre Advisor
Salary: £20,319 per annum + Shift Allowance + Bonus (average £1,800 however, top performers could earn up to £3,000 per annum)
Hours: Full Time - Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Shifts between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Saturdays 8am - 5pm Sundays 9am - 4pm
Hybrid Working model after completion of training (4-6 weeks) which encompasses 2 days working in the office & 3 days working from home.
Location: Manchester (Arndale Centre)

Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Service Team, you'll play a vital role when it comes to offering a great service to our insurance customers. You'll speak to new and existing customers, making sure they receive a professional service. Through listening attentively and being the friendly voice customers expect, you'll be able to identify which Insurance products and services are best for them. It's a regulated environment, so there will always be a focus on accuracy.

- Expertly guide customers through insurance policy details and keep their records up to date
- Keep your product and industry knowledge relevant

Skills/Experience
This role will suit anyone who has previously worked in a customer service type position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe you've worked with customers over the phone.
