Customer Service Executive/New business
Office based - Monday to Friday - £25,000 plus commission and great benefits
Our client is a successful, thriving Insurance Broker based in Watford, specializing in business and property insurance for UK SMEs.
We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our vibrant, friendly team in the New Business/Sales function.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join the team and help us develop new business. The role has the option to change into a field sales position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the designated locations to introduce products and services offered.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits and coverage options of the various insurance plans, tailored to their needs.
Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Successful Candidates are expected to have:
Previous experience of working as a Customer Services/Tele-Sales Specialist ideally in the insurance/broker industry,
Experience of generating new leads and working towards financial targets,
Experience of establishing a client portfolio,
Have excellent communication skills,
Client relationship management experience,
Be a strong team player,
Pay high attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
